The Golf Shop at Vivary Park Golf Course adheres to all the policies of the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations and submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations

  1. As per UK law you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days, beginning with the day after your goods are delivered. The goods are deemed to have been delivered when signed for by any person at the delivery address (or by arrangement at an alternative address).
  2. If you have to cancel an order for any reason then please do so as soon as possible and wherever possible before the goods have been dispatched as this will avoid any unnecessary costs.
  3. If the goods have already been dispatched then they must be returned in “as dispatched” condition, and at your own expense. A full product refund will be made to your credit card but unfortunately we are unable to refund postage charges except in the unlikely event that we may have made an error with your order.
  4. To make a cancellation please use the contact form with a full description of your request or telephone us during our opening hours (Monday through Saturday, 8am – 6pm) on 01823 333875.

 

Returns

If for any reason you need to return a product then please note the following conditions/instructions

  1. If you are simply unhappy with your goods, or they are not in any way what you were expecting, then they may be returned to us for exchange or refund. However this must be carried out within seven working days of you receiving them and the product must be completely unused and unopened.
  2. If you are returning a product you believe to be faulty then please re-package securely and return to us at the following address. We aim to replace all (proven) faulty products which are still within the manufacturers warranty period (usually at least 12 months) within 14 days of receipt. Products outside of this warranty period can usually be repaired and a price will be quoted for this. Charges will be made for products returned, for repair or replacement, which have clearly been misused or deliberately damaged. Please note; replacement products will not be dispatched until the faulty/incorrect item has been returned to us.
  3. The cost of returning any item to us for any reason must be met by the customer (except in certain circumstances or where an error has been made by us, or you have been sent an incorrect item). If an item is returned for an exchange then a charge will be made for returning the product(s) to the customer.
  4. Please follow these instructions when returning any product for any reason.

i.)         Securely package your item (in the original packaging if possible) and ensure it has adequate postage to cover the cost of delivery. Please ensure also that there is sufficient insurance to cover the value of your product should it go missing or get damaged in the post.

ii.)        Please choose a postal/delivery service that requires a signature on delivery so there can be no ambiguity over when or if received.

iii.)       Please enclose a covering letter which clearly states your name and contact details and the exact reason for the product being returned (you may email this information in advance if you wish but please put a copy in the parcel).

iv.)       Please enclose proof of purchase from us with your return.

We take all complaints extremely seriously and we believe that any problem is an opportunity for us to prove to the customer how good our customer service really is.
